Battram Associates are an independent, Building Surveying and design led practice based in Tring and Berkhamsted with the capability and local experience to cover the northern Home Counties. We have extensive knowledge of local vernacular residential design, materials, and a thorough understanding of planning policies and associated legislation.

We provide a high quality service with reports written in plain English providing common sense advice. We will ensure that you, as our client, have a full and thorough understanding of the technical issues highlighted. All our reports are prepared by a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience.

 

Our Design services are tailor made to meet your goals and ambitions for your Project, and our experience with local craftsman enable us to help source via tendering procedures the right procurement process to fulfill the Design into reality.
